We offer a wide range of Low-E glass, which has
exceptional thermal performance and improved solar control. Available in
several designs, Low-Emission glasses provide precision solution pertaining to
cooling load requirements and other energy code programs.
Special features
- It optimizes solar control and energy efficiency
- Reduces heat gain - As compared to solar heat gain coefficient
(SHGC) of clear float glass (0.70), the SHGC of Low-E is only 0.45.
- Durable pyrolytic surface - Offers unlimited shelf life, reduced lead
times, easy fabrication and heat treatment and is durable as well.
- Good light transmittance for a solar control product. Low-E glass
provides 54% visible daylight transmittance for undistorted, natural
views.
- Lower exterior reflectance - Ideal for use where high reflectance is
prohibited or undesired.
- Excellent availability - Reduced lead time, lower project costs.
- Energy efficient
- Reduced UV transmittance
- Sealent compatible
- Colour and surface uniformity
- Combines higher daylight transmittance
- Design flexibility
Manufacturing Process of Low-Emission Glass
Manufactured using a unique chemical vapour deposition method, our range of
Low-E glass features an integral pyrolytic surface which provides superior
fabricating and handling qualities. As a result, the glass can be handled,
cut and tempered in any shape or size.
